He did a great job today with starting our A/C unit! Trust it will continue to run? He worked the outside wiring went further in the wall wiring than some of the 5 or so others. Hopeful that we will not need anymore survive people

He competently checked out both ac units, changed filters, cleaned compressors & insured they were were running efficiently. Didn’t waste my time or his.
LBA identified that the rusted, roof exhaust pipe did not need to be replaced because it was no longer active, preventing an unnecessary expense.
Arrived to do a dual system performance maintenance. Set each system to heating and created a call for heat. Tested ignition and proving components of the furnace. Tested limits pertaining to flame rollout and system air temperature. Measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Measured power consumption of each inducer and blower motors. Found that the fan in each system is drawing more amps than they are rated for. Shut systems down and inspected the interior of each system. Found bacterial growth present on the evaporator for the right hand system. Spoke with homeowner about the systems. Heating and cooling systems are operational upon departure.
Dispatched for ac not cooling. After a thorough inspection it was determined that the wire going outside had a scab. This scab was shorting the system out. Repaired the scab and the system is operating. Installed new primary, transformer and upgraded 3-amp fuse to a 3-amp circuit breaker.
Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon inspection of the system found the control board displaying absolutely no lights. Open the system up and cycle power. This did absolutely nothing. Started probing to find power. Found that the transformer is receiving voltage but not releasing voltage. Replace the transformer with a temporary transformer and apply power to the system. Control board is still not lighting up and not relaying any signal. Determined that the control board needs replaced. Will have to call and order part on Monday and will return with the proper transformer. System is inoperable at this time.
Found and fixed low-voltage short in the outside unit.
No power to the house cannot diagnose. Call when power is restored.
Dispatched for new install system not cooling. At arrival system had a call for cooling but the system was not operating. After a thorough inspection of the whole system it was determined to have a fault in the electrical circuit. After replacing the fault in the circuit the system is operating and no signs of other electrical challenges. Full system replace plenum add UV gemricidal unit and cut door for closet and put in vent to get more combustible air
Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static system is failing when in cool. Temp split was failing at first did clean condenser. Refrigerant levels are within range. Fan motor amperage is running close to max. Capacitor is failing. Did replace capacitor system is up and running. Did have a supervisor come out to give solutions for customer.
